We are excited to share the news about some great new features in WebAdmin that are sure to add value to your business.

Thank you to all of your who have provided feedback and input over the past few months. 
 
With this release we have fixed some bugs and added or improved the following:

• Automatic updates
• Additional user permissions
• Enhanced performance monitoring option*
• Improved theme system**
• Updated Developer Guidebook

As part of this update, we will be contacting each distributor to help them update their existing WebAdmin 2.5 websites to take advantage of these new features. Stay tuned for when we drop you a line!



* When you enable enhanced performance monitoring, it allows us to check server software versions (php, mysql, apache), look for important updates, monitor average page rendering times and memory usage, and track total visits and number of modules installed. With this option enabled we can do more advanced monitoring and analytics on your sites and quickly notify you when a problem develops.

** Improvements to the theme system mean that you can now create a theme with absolutely no php!  It was easy before. It's even easier now. The updated theme design process is also discussed in the updated Developer Guidebook
