As well, I'm pleased to announce that we're only a week away from releasing built-in management of Bistro Support Plans. This means that you and your clients will soon have the ability to manage your Support Plan subscriptions right from within Bistro (including upgrades, renewals and cancellations). By providing the controls within Bistro, it will be easier for you to automate your own customer support efforts. This new feature will include Support Plan pricing information within Bistro, and will allow end-users to subscribe via secure Credit Card payment. If you want to disable these payment options, you can. Disabling the payment options will prevent Bistro admins from seeing pricing and payment details (they will still be able to take advantage of any Support Plans that you subscribe to on their behalf). Disabling the payment options will hide them from within Bistro, but the options will still be visible to you from the distributors website.
